Shipping & Returns

1. Delivery

For UK mainland orders, we aim to despatch your order within 48 hours and deliver within 7 working days. Delivery to non-mainland and international destinations may take longer.

Orders to mainland UK (excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands) over £275 qualify for free delivery. Please note that orders under £275 carriage is charged at a flat rate of £15.  Local collections are welcome.

2. Returns

Due to hygiene considerations, we cannot give refunds on products that have been opened — unless the product is faulty. This does not affect your statutory legal rights.
In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item to The Candy Company for a refund or an exchange, as long as it is unused, unopened and returned in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt of your goods.
You can either return items by recorded Royal Mail delivery or use a secure courier service. You will be responsible for these charges.
Should you change your mind regarding your order and you have not received confirmation or been invoiced for your goods a full refund will be paid to you minus £5.00 for handling.
Should you change you mind after you have been invoiced and the goods have been packed but not yet left our premises we will refund all monies due minus a £10.00 handling fee.

3. Your Right to Cancel

If you order is online you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt providing you return the goods in the original packaging and in new condition.
